Miss India Worldwide Ireland 2010 - Namrata Udani

Namrata Udani has won the prestigious title of Miss India Worldwide Ireland 2010. A highly talented BSc honors Biology graduate currently studying for a Masters in Biomedical Science.

Namrata was selected by a panel of five Judges to represent Ireland at the Nineteenth Annual Miss India Worldwide Pageant to be held on Saturday, March 27, 2010, at the International Convention Center in Durban, South Africa. She is a highly talented dancer who has participated in numerous college juggling events where she performed for charities and fundraising events.

Namrata competed with eight finalists and captured the title of Miss India Worldwide Ireland 2010. She will use her newly crowned position to travel around Ireland to support various charitable causes and help people commencing their lives in Ireland settle into Irish culture.

Namrata's grandparents came from Gujarat a North Western State of India. They immigrated to Sudan in 1950 and she moved to Ireland in 2000 with her family.

The Miss India Worldwide Pageant is the only international Indian pageant with over 25 countries participating. Previous winners have achieved success in Bollywood, business and politics.

During her reign as Miss India Worldwide Ireland 2010, Namrata will be available to support and appear at various charity and cultural events across Ireland. She is determined to support various national and international charities during her reign and use her position to raise community awareness.
